2021 Merger

 Fredericksburg Builders and Plum Creek Builders announced their merger recently, creating a leader in the Northern Ohio construction industry. The combined company will operate under both names for the time being. Fredericksburg Builders will be the Commercial Construction division, and Plum Creek Builders will be the Residential Construction division.

  Fredericksburg Builders has been in business since 2005. Growing from a single crew in residential construction into a General Contractor that specializes in commercial and agricultural construction. In 2019 Fredericksburg Builders acquired Frantz Brothers Construction. Frantz Brothers was established in 1965 and has decades of experience in the residential and commercial construction fields. 

  Plum Creek Builders has been in business since 2010. They started out doing residential and agricultural pole barns and moved into General Contracting on residential homes in recent years.

  Both parties are looking forward to combining their knowledge and expertise to serve their customers even better in the future. Each company has specific strengths they bring, that when consolidated, will empower the new venture's services beyond what each company could have accomplished on their own.
