Avodah
Work, Worship & Service
Avodah is a Hebrew word that carries all three meanings at once. It’s why our crews show up joyfully, why we keep our word when it costs us something, and why your project gets treated with a care most people don’t expect from a contractor.
Our Core Values
The Standards we hold to
Every person on each Avodah jobsite is held to these core values, whether they’re on our payroll, a trade partner’s, or our client.
Work
How we treat the job.
- Dependable
- We will be there for each other, and show up on time.
- Organized & Thorough
- We are clean, tidy, organized, and we put things back where they belong.
- Committed
- We are committed to a cause larger than ourselves.
Worship
How we carry ourselves.
- Transparency
- We will walk with absolute transparency in every aspect of our lives
- Confident Humility
- We will humbly maximize the talents that we were blessed with.
- Integrity
- We will do what we say.
Service
How we treat people.
- Outward Focus
- We will focus outward on others, and not inward on ourselves.
- Kindness
- We will be kind in all we do, even when the kind thing is the hard thing.
- Excellence
- We will focus on doing the right thing in every detail.
Representing Avodah
A Consistent Team you can trust
The quality of your project depends on the people behind it. We work with the same trusted crews and trade partners because consistency leads to better results. It shows up in the details that matter—from craftsmanship that exceeds expectations to honest communication, clean jobsites, and taking responsibility when something doesn’t go as planned. Those aren’t just values we talk about—they’re the standards we bring to every project.
Our Team & Partners
Who You will see at your job site
We believe confidence comes from knowing who’s on your project and knowing they’ll be there from start to finish.
Your Project Manager
One person owns your build from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. Same name, same phone number, month one till move-in.
Our In-House Crews
We keep the stages that have the greatest impact on quality in-house instead of subcontracting them, giving us complete confidence in the craftsmanship and allowing us to stand behind the work we deliver.
A Small Set of Trade Partners
Electricians, plumbers, and specialists we’ve worked with for years and can vouch for by name, not just whoever was cheapest and available that week.
Intentionally Local
Areas we Serve
We are located on East Lincoln Way in Wooster, and we work within roughly a 50-mile radius — Wayne, Holmes, Ashland, Medina, and Stark counties and the surrounding area. We stay inside a radius we can actually service well because we believe a project manager who can be on your site the same morning you call is worth more than a wide map.
Real clients. Real reviews.
What our Clients are saying
The best measure of our work is what our clients say after the project is complete.
